Our EmpowerWork Initiative is dedicated to transforming lives and communities through its comprehensive workforce development programs. By equipping individuals with essential job skills, guidance, resources and connections necessary for success, EmpowerWork empowers participants to overcome barriers, secure gainful employment, improve family circumstances and contribute to their communities.
Each participant is provided an individualized skill enhancement plan which includes career guidance and counseling, job placement assistance, mentorship and continuous support. Our courses are offered in variety of formats to include in-person, instructor led, self-paced, online, blended learning options, and assessments.
